Like to create a barge/restaurant to tow down the Erie Canal about 60′ long. I would like to open up a space between floors, lf possible so that a shared experience is created. Also, I like to enclose this sort of platform so that it can be used year round after being placed on a platform when the canal is drained. Any ideas?
