Qualified as Engineer in Ship Maintenance by Maritime Institute named after G.J. Sedov, Rostov Don, Russia in 1979 Director and former of Modus Maris Ltd (Malta) Living on Malta for the last 9 years

2006 – till now

	Modus Maris houseboat has been designed for voyages in coastal waters and all-year living, 18,5 meters.
	Floating Café is a berth-connected ship – floating restaurant, 20 meters
	Respect River houseboat has been designed for voyages in sheltered waters and all-year living, 22 meters.

2002 – till now

Designing, developing and manufacturing of marine ventilation known on market as Air-Only ventilators DAME 2003 Special Mention award for Air-Only ventilators at Marine Equipment Trade Show, Amsterdam, Holland

1988 – 2002

Running of a shipbuilding company “Atlantica” in Mariupol, Ukraine. We built 18m – 30m steel yachts by my designs.
